You Were Planned for God's Joy
Come worship with us! You are alive today because God chose you to be here. You exist for his his glory, his purpose, and his delight. Bring enjoyment to God, living for His pleasure is the first purpose of your life. We are able to please God through worship. Worship is far more than FBC's gospel music and preaching, anything you do that brings glory to God is an act of worship. Every activity can be transformed into an act of worship when you do it for the praise, glory, and pleasure of God. You created everything, and it is for your pleasure that they exist and were created. (Revelation 4:11 NLT).
You Were Formed for God's Family
Come meet us! Because God is love, he treasures relationships. We want to welcome you into our church family and get to know you better. Whether you're looking to take your first step in a relationship with Jesus Christ, get baptized, or just explore, we are here to offer you friendly guidance and support. God's unchanging plan has always been to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. And this gave him great pleasure. (Ephesians 1:5 NLT).
You Were Created to Become Like Christ
Come pray with us! Spiritual growth is not so much about "doing" as it is about "becoming." It's a life-long adventure that takes patience, commitment, and intentional focus. It's not what we do along the way that is most important. What really matters is who we are becoming in the process. Ultimately, the Christian life is about building an intimate relationship with Jesus as the Holy Spirit changes us from the inside out, and loving others the way Jesus loves us. As the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like him and reflect his glory even more. (2 Corinthians 3:18b NLT).
You Were Shaped for Serving God
Come minister with us! When we become a Christian, God gives us salvation and the hope of eternity in heaven. He also gives us purpose and significance in our lives. He has given each of us the opportunity to serve others and make a real difference in our community. When you serve others in Jesus' name, you're ministering. We believe that every member of our church is a minister. We all are shaped by God with individual gifts and talents that are to be used to support the Body of Christ. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Ephesians 2:10).
You Were Made For a Mission
Come praise God with us! God is at work in the world, and he wants you to join him. God wants you to share His love where you are. As a student, mother, teacher, salesman, manager, or whatever you do, God wants you to reach out to the people in your life. That might mean inviting a friend to church or showing love to those in need around you. The opportunities for everyday Christians to spread the Good News are limitless. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. (1 Peter 3:15)
Experiencing Life Together
Come fellowship with us! Life is meant to be shared. God intends for us to experience life together. The Bible calls this fellowship. Real fellowship is much more than just showing up at services. It is experiencing life together. It includes unselfish loving, honest sharing, practical serving, sacrificial giving, sympathetic comforting, and more receptive to one another's experiences. When it comes to fellowship, size matters, smaller is better. For where two or three have gathered together in my name, I am there in their midst. (Matthew 18:20 NIV).
