Our community website was developed by Walden Preserve to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.


When you buy a home in Walden Preserve, you automatically become a member of the Walden Preserve Homeowners Association and you are subject to abide by the WP HOA By-Laws and Restrictions. These documents were put in place at the inception of our neighborhood to protect property values and ensure that our neighborhood remains one of the most desirable in Madison.

The annual dues are set by the Board in mid-March of each year, and payment notices are sent to homeowners at that time.

The annual dues for 2018 have been set at $390, with payment due April 30th. Payment should be mailed to:

Walden Preserve, a covenant-run association, continues to be one of the most attractive, well-maintained neighborhoods in Madison County.
