Navina Bartlett â our founder and the inspiration behind the range â spent many a summer on her auntâs Hill Station coffee estate in Coorg, home to some of Southern Indiaâs most fertile terrain. Itâs here that she fell in love with the local cuisine, scents, flavoursâ¦ and the sheer abundance of exotic ingredients growing all around. Amongst the coffee bushes, she discovered coconuts, bamboo, pumpkin, cardamom, oranges and chilliâ¦ and the idea of Coconut Chilli was born.Â
